We have been operating for fifty years under such an environment.
We should remember our philosophy in making machines and goods and contribute to the society, thus winning the confidence of the people.
How the society changes, machines are needed as far as the people wish a comfortable life. In the ancient times in japan, blacksmiths came from peasants who manufactured plows and stickles. We, just as a blacksmiths, wish to offer such goods that are demanded by customers at as low prices as possible to satisfy the customers.
Our technology covers hydraulics, pressing skills, electronic controls, and other many things. In addition, we offer machines just as needed by adding hydraulic piping capabilities and other capabilities for processing larger products. Our products have been certified and registered under ISO 9001.
We will make every effort to further develop the technology and satisfy the demands of the times.

As a maker of hydraulic oil presses and specialized hydraulic machines for over 50 years, we firmly believe in the value of minutely discussing a customer's projected needs to derive a conception of the machines required,
and then using our carefully nurtured technological skills to produce a quality,

History
1946 Masajiro Minami, the founder, retired Komatsu Seisakusyo and founded
the Minami Group, Primarily engaged in modification and repair of hydraulic
presses and machine tools manufactured by Komatsu Seisakusyo.1949 Reorganized into Neagari Kosakusyo. Started manufacturing hydraulic
presses as our original products.1956 Incorporated with a capital of one million yen. 1964 Increased the capital to 6 million yen. Relocated the main office and plant
to the current location.1965 Tied up with Osaka Kiko to extend our business to different types of
hydraulic presses.1969 Increased the capital to 10 million yen. and built the No.2 plant. 1973 built the No.3 plant to satisfy the demand for larger presses. 1974 Tied up with Yuken Kogyo, a world-class manufacturer of hydraulic
machines, to extend our business to specialized presses.1979 Tied up with Komatsu Seisakusyo, a world-class manufacturer of
forging machines.1982 Founded Neagari Corpolation as a trading division. 1990 Introduced floor type NC horizontal borers. 1991 Increased the capital to 97,500,000 yen. Introduced a CAD system.
Expanded the No. plant.1994 Tied up with System Sending our staff to the OEM production of disc
grinding machines.1996 Started sending our staff to I WILL, a staff educating company. 1998 Certified and registered under ISO 9001 by the High-Prerssure Gas
Security association.
